Description
Pierre Sainflou, graduate of the 1937 class, recounts in a clear and elegant style, a childhood bathed in southern joys, a youth marked by painful events, through clear, precise descriptions, with endearing and picturesque characters.
During the war, he escaped to Africa but was arrested in Spain and remained locked up in Spanish jails and in the all too famous Miranda camp.
He ended up reaching Morocco where he became a pilot on a fighter plane until the end of the war.
